Business listing information you submit (description, website, phone, locations, photos, maps links)
Payment and subscription metadata via Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
Usage data such as widget activity, referral link opens, and analytics needed to run the service
Support messages you send us

To create and manage accounts and listings
To publish approved listings in the public directory
To process payments, upgrades, and referral discounts
To operate Trust Score, widgets, confirmation quizzes, and related features
To send service emails (verification, security, billing, and important account notices)
To improve reliability, security, and product quality

4. Legal bases

We process personal data where necessary to perform our contract with you, where we have a legitimate interest in running a safe directory, where required by law, or where you have given consent (for example certain marketing preferences).

Service providers who host or power the product (for example database, email, and payment providers)
The public, for information you choose to publish on an active listing

We do not sell your personal data.

We keep account and listing data while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for legal, accounting, and security purposes, then delete or anonymise it when no longer needed.
